There are lots of them out there. The first two on this page are Lipo only chargers.

( At this moment, this battery is over 99% charged.
And it will be switched "Trickle Mode", you do not need to disconnect battery.)

I use the APache 2020 for my LiPos. It works great, and is easy to use.
