Anyone have Lanzo Bomber plans?

I'd like to find a set of Lanzo Bomber plans. I think the original plane has somewhere around a 70" wingspan? I've always liked the look of the Bomber, and would like to scratch build one someday, even though it would probably be another project to add to the stack.
