Its on again tonight Phil. Friday 21st October at Altona. 7.00pm-11.00pm
Expecting 20-25 Pilots tonight as I purchased 30 Shockies and distributed them amongst our members and then had a Shocky building class. Also did a bulk order of electric bits and pieces. So ther will be a lot of newies tonight and a lot of carnage.
Also want to run a comp tonight. Basic just 5 laps best time and Advanced limbo loop, hover frame and the teabag dunk. Yes teabag on the back of a Shocky and dunk the teabag in a cup.

Glad to help
You gotta make it happen. Do a bulk purchase for your club members and a training day on building. Then test fly for everybody. Book a venue for one night and you will be surprised how many come. Our club now pays for the hall as another part of the service offered to the members. We charge $10 a night for fliers and free to look. I think after tonight I will have to book a larger venue. We also will be flying there on the weekends if the weather is crappy for outdoor flying.

Not enough people in either of my clubs to be interested I don't think. I myself definitely don't have the money to pay for 10-20 planes for people to fly. Just the groups I fly with all still Love Glow and a few have tried E flight but rather stick with Glow. I also dont think there any places around big enough to hold something like that here.

Ive been keeping an eye open for a venue around Cranbourne for indoor flying no luck so far:( with a bit of publicity i could see this becoming a lot more popular, the idea of indoor pylon racing apeals to me in particular tho i think we need better rx's to get enough in the air at the same time, anyway good luck to you all. cheers Lez.:)
