View Full Version : Hobby Lobby ION WARMLINER NEED HELP

Hi fellow electricals,
I am from India, and 'am new to this form; but I am glad I am here.
Has anybody built the ION from HL. I am thinking of getting one from myself,and would appriciate if some one can help me with the constrctions and the set up for this model. I intend to go brushless with Lipos.

Hi Miki,
Thks. for the reply. Can you pls. confirm if this plane has two piece wing or is it got a one piece wing? What motor,ESC and battery combination are you using on your model.Pls. do not bother with your english I understand you very well.

Hi George,

Thanks for the welcome and for the info on ION. I will be ordering the kit from HL today itself. By the way can you help me with the motor and battery setup? I have the recommended motor and the ESC, but have to decide upon the battery pack. I want to keep the model light and hence would prefer to go for LiPo pack. What will be good size LiPo pack for performance as well as thermaling. Your valuable help will be highly appriciated.
