Berg 7 Output Frequency Setting

I noticed when using CastleLink with the Berg 7there is a setting in "Basic" allowing users to set the Output Frequency from 50-80Hz.

What is this and when would you change the setting from "default."

No need to answer, I figured it out. You may want to add a description to the manual with details and to share with the rest of the world.

I am surprised CC has not chimed in or put this in their instructions. Essentially, the output frequency is the refresh rate to the servos. The higher the faster response, but higher current draw. I have not bothered to play with the settings but was amazed they did not cover that in the manual.
