Ultra Low KV motor help

Hello All,
I want to build a propulsion system for an underwater vehical. The power system wants to move a large prop (24" - 30") very slowly (0 - 150 RPM). I'd like to try to rewind a 63mm dimeter motor for a low KV of less than 10. The power system will draw less than 200 Watts. Can this be done?

No. I don't think a 63 mm motor is going to turn a 24" underwater prop with out a gear box. You need about a 20:1 gear reduction that would give a 2000 rpm motor and a 100 RPM prop.
