Hi,
Your best bet for help on actually running and debugging your simulator is via the FMS forum, which is located at the FMS homepage. They support it fully from there.
If you want balanced opinion on sims, and quick links etc, WF is the right place.
There are, as always, issues with the latest FMS versions. In fact i can only run the 2,7 version on my PC. Tried everything.

Problems getting those transmitters to work with FMS are discussed very frequently on the FMS forums that Tim suggested. Try http://cgi.ethz.ch/~mmoeller/cgi-bin/ikonboard3/ikonboard.cgi and do a search.

Have you tried opening the program, click on controls then click Analog control. You might need to calibrate the radio to the sim. It is an option when you click analog. It is usually set for 3D (Full +-) Pitch by default. Mine is. If you get it working and would like a bunch of different Heli's just pm me. I have a bunch :)

Ken,
I opened mine up and went through it.. Click controls, then analog. When you click analog it will bring up a small screen that says PC-interface. Mine is set one the one at the bottom, it says Serial PIC-Interface. Make sure the end is plugged into a Serial port in the back of your PC. Highlight the Serial PIC-Interface and click "OK". If it's not right your screen will be screwy and you will have to click Mapping/calibrate on the same pop-up.
Please let me know if any of these things work for you. You might have to go to the FMS web site (as Tim mentioned above) and download a better version than your disc has that came with the dragonfly. I hope this helps get you flying on your PC Sims are great even FMS. Best of luck,
Jay
