Took some measuments off the SPADstick from spadtothebone.com and cut it in half. Made the wing out of carbon fiber tubes, fan fold foam ribs and serran wrap. Used a glue stick to gule the serran wrap to the foam. The fuse is all fan fold. After a squirly first attempt, I've now gotten the hang of the 24 inch wing span ( I've been flying a 7 foot span Lanier Stinger with a chainsaw engine on the front ) and I must say it flies like a dream. Deffinately don't want to take your eyes off of it though. It's quick to react to too much control imput, but is a lot of fun once you get used to it.

Lovely looking thing you got there. :)

Bambam,
What software did you use to draw these plans, I can't open them.
I just cleaned off the work bench the other day and threw away enough blue to build this Stic.
Have a couple of fresh sheets left though from the 3DX 540 and the E-Sledge.
Hard to cut out a foamy nowadays, with all the laser cut $20 kits around. Still like doing things with my hands.

I used AutoCAD LT 2004.
It's what we use at work.
After flying this one for a while, I recomend building it about 20 to 25% bigger if you want. My power set up had more than enough umph to pull this little bird straight up and out of sight if I wanted.
I bought a small foam cutting bow at my local hobby shop for about $40. That made it much easier to cut out the ribs. You can find this product at http://www.woodlandscenics.com/. On the left of the home page, put your mouse over Foam System, then click on Tools and Adhesives.
