New Forum Idea?

What do you think of a forum for the "Kilowatt Klub", guys who build seriously powerful EDFs, which (I think) are going to be a major factor in jet flying in the future?
It might be nice to see the really high powered setups seperated from the little depron stuff...not knocking on the smaller jets at all, just thinking that this is a somewhat different pursuit, and it might be nice to have a place where that info is concentrated...

I havent checked the Jet forum lately, however, do you think there is enough of the powerful (1kw+) EDF's to support its own forum at this point in time?

I THINK so. I don't KNOW so. I think part of the problem may be that you have a seperate cadre of guys who are operating on an entirely different level and most of their materials are lost in the shuffle and hard to access.
They are for the most part ignored over on the RCU Jets forum, which is pretty much just turbine and DF, and the RCgroups forum hides them amongst GWS A-10s and Alfa Migs, which are just a very different type of model and a very different type of modeller.

Hmm..maybe a poll in Jets? I personally think that as long as the traffic supports it, then anything is possible :)
