Senior Albatross questions

I am going to build the Senior Albatross E-5022, "A Cleveland Designed Giant Soaring Glider", but the plans are missing the c/g and flying weight. Once I know the desired weight, getting the motor size will not be difficult. Does anyone have experience with this model to advise me.
