I have one E-flite speed control, the 3in1, DX6, a Y adapter, E-flite gyro, ducted fan on tail and 370 brushless motor.

I set it up as follows the throttle lead from the speed control goes into the female side of one of the two female leads on the Y. In the other the throttle lead from the 3in1. The single male lead plugs into the throttle channel on the DX6. The battery lead of the 3in1 I connected to a plug I added to the power lead going to the speed control. The motor plug on the 3in1 stays empty and the tail plug on the 3in1 has the power lead from the ducted fan.

I did the bind procedure, and on power up everything comes on but the 3in1 blinks red and green like it will not initialize. I got my set up messed up somehow. Where did I go wrong? Sure I am missing something simple.

Thanks to anyone who responds. This is a cool little project I would love to get flying.
