Have just ran into an obstacle on my latest project. I need to ream a large APCE prop for use with an AXI 5330 motor. The propeller hub comes with a 1/4" hole, and I need to go to about 15/32". What are you folks using for this chore? I tried it on a drill press, but it still came out off center as there is no way to clamp it in this case (the propeller is such an odd shape that the drill press vise doesn't work).

I have a couple of different sizes of Prop Reamers that I bought at my LHS. They are hand cranked, but do the job just fine.

Thanks Mike,

I also have a couple in my tool box, but nothing this big... This thing is almost 1/2 inch. If you know where I can get one this large, let me know please.

I thought the 5330 had an 8mm shaft? Is it 10mm?

10mm is close to 3/8 just a little smaller"
13mm = 1/2"

Oh and 15/32" is = to 1/2" in the plywood world.
