That's the problem I was having, the size. I found this (http://www.resize2mail.com/index.php) and it's been working great for me. Give it a try.

Hey Smoke,
Good morning. I have not tried the site yet, it does say for digital pictures. Mine are developed at the drugstore. I'm going to try something else 1st and then I will fool around with that site and see if it helps.
