Hey I just flew my PKZ J3 cub today and for some reason i was having some problems. Yesterday the wind was gusting much higher than today and yet i flew better yesterday than today. I crashed a couple times this morning and my battery cage was disloged and cracked any suggestions on fixing it?

I have the Hobby Zone cub and my battery box cracked and fell out. I just got some gorilla glue and glued it up. Not sure if you can do that to yours or not.... but its a cheap fix.

Thanks a lot for the tip, I might try that. Now the question is has anyone ever replaced a fuselage before and gutted a cub and put parts in a new fuselage. If so how do you put parts back in such as servos, radio etc.....
Do you have to worry about your C.G.

I also have another problem. My piper is taking a few nicks from nose landigns and the cowl has dug into the foam fuselage. Also the plastic piece hooked on to the landing gear is cracked and coming off. Any suggestions on how I could stiffen up the fuselage where the cowl has dug in.
