infrared dog fighting..

Just an idea a mate and myself had the other day... Has anyone seen those cheap RC Infrared battle tanks that sell on ebay? Is there anything similar for RC Planes? perhaps a little IR TX on the nose and a couple of IR RX on the wings (facing back wards) would be hours and loads of fun.

ParkZone makes several planes with the X-Port feature. It is a infrared combat system. You have a button to push on your transmitter for your "gun". If the other plane is hit the motor stops for a few seconds but you still have control of the flying surfaces.

I have a ParkZone Slo-V with the x-port system on it. You can also add a night flight module and a bomb drop. Kids love it.

Yeah I got one of the x-port combat modules for Christmas and my dad got one too. Havent tried em yet but will on the cubs soon and then on the strykers :D
