Hi all,

as the title says really, i have a load of Parkzone planes and currently can only charge them in the car... which is annoying. I do have access to a load of old computer bits, would a 12V supply from an old tower be of any use to connect the parkzome charger to? then i could charge things inside :)

I know i can buy a new charger easily enough, but although that's on the list, if this was a solution, it'd cost nuffin :)

cheers, Bug.

Probably should move this to battery and charger thread, but here is a link to using a PC power supply.

Scroll down the left column and you'll find an article on a PC P/S conversion for R/C battery pack chargers.

Brilliant, thanks guys :)

No more leaving one set of keys in the car and locking it with the other set to charge batteries

There are tons of these conversions on the web. Why pay $80 for a P/S to use with you charger when you can roll your own for less than $10?
