THE MODELERS OF BINGHAMTON SPONSOR A SPRING FLOAT FLY
SATURDAY MAY 5 AND SUNDAY MAY 6. AMA SANCTIONED ON THE 53 ACRE NATHANIEL COLE PARK LAKE.
PARK ACCESS IS FREE FOR PILOTS AND SPECTATORS, PILOTS ONLY LANDING FEE APPLIES. FOOD AND REFRESHMENT AVAILABLE.

FLYING 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM BOTH DAYS, $5 LANDING FEE ONE DAY OR $8 FOR BOTH DAYS, PILOT DOOR PRIZES AWARDED.
ON SITE OVERNIGHT CAMPING AVAILABLE FOR SELF CONTAINED RV'S, PLEASE CONTACT BRIAN THE CD.

Presently it looks like blue skies folks, hope I'm not jinxing the event.
A great weekend of float flying is here so don't regret not getting out.

4\18\07 UPDATE - THE FIRST 20 PILOTS TO TAKE OFF AND LAND WITH MOTOR RUNNING WILL RECEIVE A USEFUL TOOL SET. ONE SET PER PILOT LIMIT.

If it was just a bit closer, I'd love to visit. We used to have a cottage on one of the Finger Lakes, and I'm a I:)NY person.

Bill G the drive might be much but we do get folks who come from PA, NJ, New England and distant points of NY.
Interstate 81, 17(86) and 88 intersect in Binghamton which makes
for simple navigation.

Pops44rcI'll always call it 17 also.:D The name change to 86 never stuck with me. I drove 17 to Canandaigua many times. Nice country.
