One week to go,leaving my tax ridden state of CONN. Going to be in Athens on the 7TH.,staying at Amada Inn, then go searching real estate in surrounding areas. Prices seem to be dropping lately, soft market I guess. Retired and want to locate to a peaceful community. I hear folks are friendly there. what's the largest fish you might be lucky to catch in those waters? Do you have a county you would recommend to see, or to stay away from? Dave.:D
