hi,
I have a question on balancing. Should you balance the plane itself and then do the CG after you put the electronics in or...... im not sure. And what is the easiest way to balance the aircraft. Do i Just weigh everything and draw it out?

To balance the aircraft just hold it with the tips of two fingers under the wing in its completely ready to fly configuration with everything in, electronics, motor, battery etc....the lot. Then move bits around, like the battery, until it balances where it's supposed to.
No need to calculate anything unless you're really asking about something completely different and more complicated ;) ?

Ok i now what if your building a plane? should you build it and pick a good CG and then balance it, after that then you add on the electronics?

If you mean you are designing a plane from scratch then generally you draw it out and decide where you think the CG should be (25% of MAC is usually a reasonable starting point).
Then when you've completely finished it and it's ready to fly you check the CG. What would be the point of balancing the plane before it's complete ? You get it balanced and then you promptly add more weight to unbalance it again. Why would you want to do that ?

What problem are you solving? Maybe we can help if we know more context.

My problem right now is that, my wing has recently been damaged very badly. To the point where whenever I launch the plane it drops down and tries to bank to left doing a nose dive. And as you can see, I have several bent parts of the wing, Which i believe is making uneven lift. What I am trying to do is use my polystyrene foam and make a flat bottomed wing that will create the same amount of lift. But I need help in calculating the amount of lift the wing will produce and where the highest point of the curve on top of the wing.?And because Im making a new wing should i worry about CG?

Have you looked into finding a replacement that's either the same or similar and already made? A lot of ParkZone and other foam planes have $20-$30 spare wings. Sometimes even cheaper.
Also some Gorilla Glue and packing tape can fix almost anything foam.
Try:
Packing tape.
Epoxy
Gorilla Glue
in your fixit kit.

Honestly your original looks fixable with some packing tape and glue. Foam is funny that way.
