Canard design experience

I've decided to build a prototype canard, inspired buy the Rocket Racing League. This in turn is inspired by Burt Rutans X-prize winning Spaceship1 and the VariEze before that.

Any one have any ideas (or plans/3 views etc) on the way to go with this?

I've built a 15" chuck glider that proves the design is stable (sorry Burt, had to see for myself) and as a consequence have an idea of where the c of g should be, but what about power plant? I'm thinking EDF and a 1 meter wing span.

Anyone got any ideas?
