WattFlyer's 2 week anniversary is today! The bouncing baby boy that is WattFlyer is off to a great start thanks to everyone here contributing.

Threads: 189, Posts: 1,128, Members: 342, Active Members: 342

WF ("WattFlyer") is doing 80 posts/day on average already.

Signing up about 25 new users each day.

Pretty good when you consider that the next 2 largest rc online sites sign up 200 day (RCU) and 50-80 per day (rcg). Both those sites cater to all radio control and not electric only so those numbers include cars, helis (glow), planes (glow/gas), boats, etc. WF is doing 20 to 30% of what RCG signs up in a day here at just the 2 week mark and 10% of RCU's total daily 200 joins. Additionally our daily numbers are accelerating.

Please, remember, we can't do it without the community contributing here and spreading the word. While other sites are quick to clamp down on members mentioning this site (sad but true) in any way for some reason (read competition) each of you can find all sorts of ways to let others know about WattFlyer. Put links on your websites to WattFlyer if you have one, list in your signatures, post links to topic threads here on other sites when applicable, email your buddies, PM them, and of course the classic "shout it from the rooftops" :D

Ultimately you can't keep information under wraps as it wants to be free and WILL find a way. This site is about proving there are other ways to do things and at the same time growing into one of the best resources for the modeler interested only in epowered flight.

I'll vow to continue to keep the software cutting edge, super fast on dedicated hardware, full support and zero banner advertisements (awesome for dial up users!).

Hi There! I have many times wished to send some pics of my parkflyer Coronet 400 and also of my old puls radio system DeBee Quadruplex, one of the first proportional systems available. But I doīnt know how to do it. When i try to add a picture the sign asks for its URL and I dont know where to have it. My picīs are the usual Jpegs. Please will you enlighten me?

Marc,

What's the deal with using the WF logo? May I throw it up on our company site? :)
