Blade CP Glitching!

I put new batteries in Tx. Reseated the crystals. No luck. It does it the worst when I'm trying to lift off and then it acts almost like the motor gets a sudden burst of voltage and then cuts back. It also jerks while sitting still where it did not before. Sign of bad 4 in 1? Bad motor? Any ideas?

Had one in the other day acting spastic. Somehow the tail rotor and the main motor had gotten plugged in wrong. ???????
