Why are my images not showing up with a thumbnail?

I use a program called Irfanview for my pictures.I took that pic and saved it to My Pictures and then put it into Irfanview. When I went to "File" and "Save As' a separete box pops up which is a jpeg/gifsave options box and I checked "Save As Progressive Jpg."
Then went about posting it here and it worked.

I figured out the problem on the forum I actually wanted to post the pictures on.
For some reason, the image editor I used, PhotoTouch Color, doesn't save JPG images correctly. I had to reload them into another editor and then save them out again as JPG and they displayed the thumbnails correctly then.

Everything's fine, now.
