OK, I have a big box of heli stuff. Now what?

I recently became the proud father of a bouncing baby LMH Corona, bone stock, with a Hitec Laser4 radio. The heli seems in pretty good condition, but terribly, terribly out of balance. I got both the manuals with it, and am in the process of basically starting it over from scratch.

I'm a TOTALLY new heli pilot, so I'll probably destroy this poor bird before it is all said and done. Any building/repairing tips, or general info I should know before I fire it up and give it a whirl?

The corona is pretty bullet proof as a heli. The stock motor is suspect though and many upgrade to a mega 15-16-3 and 8 cells.
The only thing to check for during your inspection is head balance, that is usually where the vibs come from. The section in the manual is quite good in this area.
