Hi : I am very new at electric planes.
Need to fit a brushed motor in a pusher configuration.
Without a pusher prop, how I have to do?
Thank in advance for your help.

Just flipped the prop over so the numbers are facing toward the front of the plane. If the motor does not run the correct direction, just reverse the wires.

There are some electric motors designed to run in reverse. The zagi motor for one and the QRP Hyper motor is another. These motors are reverse timed so the efficiencey is a bit better than the normally neutrally timed motors. Like was said before, make sure the prop is facing the right way.
