I got a e-flite byp Yak on ebay its comeing in the mail this week. I was looking at not putting in the 370 BL outrunner and going with a 450 or 480 BL outrunner and 25A ESC 3s lipo1900 or 2100 but, or should I stick with the 370 BL outrunner? This will be my first 3D type plane and also the first one that I will be installing all my own hardware. So Do you guys and gals think I need to stick with the 370 to start out with? or could I handle the 480?

LOL after reading some reviews about this plane I think I will stick with the 370 outrunner. and get a 730 lipo and would a 10A ESC work good??? thinking of the weight. And any sugestions Please here is a list of the parts I will be using could use any feed back on this its my first build.
370 1080kv outrunner
Hitec 4 ch transmitter
JR RS600 6CH 72 MHZ universal receiver
4 ST47 servos
not sure on the battery???
would a 7.4v 900mah lipo work good?
Anything else I need please let me know.

I have a e-flite byp Yak it is the greatest and very easy to fly.If you cant fly this plane shame on you. the byp floats in the air and goes as slow as you want and fast when you want.I have a 370,1360kv out runner on mine and it is way more than it needs, also a bl 12 esc,and a 3s 910 lipo16c/24 b.dont really need to worry about the burst dont need that much power but in a jam way more than enough.hitec 55 servos, planes wieght is 13.6 complete . 3s and the 1360 adds a ounce or it would be 12.6 .
Hope you can use rudder you will need it in the wind it will turn it on a dime.A good radio helps I have a spectrum 7 with 50%expo and dr set to 75% you dont need 100%thro to start off and expo will help alot. The 7.4v 900mah will work great but I get more flying time with my 910 Good luck youll love the plane.
