Has anyone built or flown on of these? http://ak-models.com/j3cub25.htm I have been wanting a Cub to convert to EP. I like the size, and so far it is the only ARF I have found in this scale and price range. Just wanted some input before a buy....Thanks.............GW

I have no experience with this model, but that sure looks like a good price and a nice looking Cub to boot.

I am getting the blue and white one from raidentech.com on thursday. I am pretty sure it is exactly the same plane. Here is a thread about the plane:

I have a small electric P-51 made by the same company. It is a little quirky and cheesy in places, but for the price, I think it is a good deal.

I'll let you know what I find when the box comes.

I did buy and build the 25 GeeBee by this company and am very happy with the model building ease and quality.
I also have a clipped wing J3 Cub by World Models with a 40 inch wing span, it is a great scale flyer and the build/quality factors are very good.
Both are ARF'S with short build times and good instructions.

Hi,all.. I got that j3 cub from horizon hobbies for 160.00 and that thing right out the box flies like a dream. You sometimes on ebay can buy the same things cheaper. I think it is the parkzone cub. They also have the decathlon parkzone..

Throwin this in for info..Tnx:D

Thanks for the input. I figure if the one of their planes are good(GEEBEE) I figure they are all about the same quality. I think it will be a small investment anyways so I think I will buy it and see how it goes..........GW
