why is it a 2300 7 cell AA nimh pack ,wont give a longer runtime as a 2/3A Kan 1050 7 cell pack

The 2300 NiHM in the AA form factor is not designed to put out the same amount of current as a cell like the Kan.

Those 2300 AA's are made for devices like electronics (radios, cameras etc) that don't pull anywhere near the same amount of current as an RC plane will.

Yes, and a 2/3a will do 20-30a solid, while a 2000mah and up AA will not likely do 5a very well. There are AA's that are in the 16-1800 range but they are only said to be in the 10a range. Most 2/3a are in the 1000-1200 range but will give better performance for longer @10a than any AA.
