I would like to know what the highest RPM the motor will handle. I have read people using a 12S and 15S li-po's. The factory spec. mentions 24v to 36v. The motor is 320KV and @ 36v= 11,220 RPM but a 12S is 44.4 volts =14,208 rpm and a 15S is off the map. With the motor being a outrunner what is the highest RPM?

Have you checked the Actro site? Maybe e-mail them.

They are outstanding motors and can probably be pushed a good bit, but modelers often go waaaaay beyond design specs.

Just because the other guy got away with it is no guarantee :)

If your going to push the limits it helps to be extra carefull in balancing the prop and be sure your using a good quality prop adaptor and a balanced spinner.

You will want it smooth as butter at full power :)

Thats good advice in general for hi power setups anyway.
