Real Flight Global Wind Settings?

Anyone have Real Flight that can suggest some realistic Global Wind Settings for these variables? They are in MPH. 0,0,0 is just not realistic.....

Wind Velocity
Wind Variation
Wind Gust

Yes, I use 50% gust, 20% variation, and 20% turbulance. 10-15mph winds. Also make sure you change physics to 125%, 100% is just too easy.

Also, by default there is some expo in all of the models transmitters, I usually change that to 0 on all the channels the model is using.

Can make your changes permanent?

Make sure you are exiting the program via Simulation > Exit. Not just by closing the window.
