View Full Version : King Kit-E Pusher Jet

Just finished building and test flying my new King Kit-E.
Easy build in one evening. A little longer to sand and paint.
It flys much faster than I expected, and I expected it to fly fast!
It's powered by a LittleScreamer ParkJet Motor (special wind) with a Cool Running A-12 ESC, an APC 6x5.5 prop, TP1320mAh 11.1v prolite battery, JR610 rx, and 3 E-flite S75 servos. RTF weight is 11.8 oz's.

*UPDATE* These are no longer offered in kit form. I'm currently searching for plans and will post them if found.

Here's a couple of videos of the King Kit-E flying:

Yeah man!! I love this plane!! I have as you do Harry, Many much more expensive birds, but this is one of, if not my favorite plane. It'll do 70+ in level flight, over 80 in a dive, and it only weighs 10oz's!!! Besides being fast enough to have your fanny be water tight at 29 fathoms, It will fly slow enough that I catch it so I don't scratch up the bottom :p I didn't watch the video's you posted, but I suspect they may be of my plane :D :D I just love the vertical too! from my hand to the moon in seconds straight up and rolling the entire way. Great Plane Red!! My other one had rudders and would knife edge all day. Way too much fun. Heres a couple shots of mine and my friend Don's ( we got the proto types ;) )

Mine is exactly same except I have 3 Cirrus 4.4g servos. I actually designed the motor wind just for THIS plane! :D

Could I use a BP 21 on this kit? I bought it for a Stryker, but this looks awful nice.

The BP-21 should fly it ok. You'll need to play with props to get the correct one.

I think it's under powered. It only went straight up at 100mph.

Nice plane.

I really like this airplane. I also enjoy building from plans. Are there plans available for this plane?
