I have been flying Glow plug engine airplane for well over 15 years an I am new to electric flying planes. So my two question are can I use my recever and servos I use in my regular airplaine and what kind of glue do they use on foam.

Hey egrave, welcome to Wattflyer!
Sure, you can use your servos and receivers from your glow planes. Your only consideration will be weight and physical size, unless you're converting a glow plane over to electric. Most park fliers are much smaller and weight is critical. In other words, you really can't afford to use three 1.25oz servos and a 1.5oz receiver in a plane that should weigh less than 16oz to begin with. That is, IFF you can even crowbar them into the fuselage :D
For gluing on foam, the most popular choices are epoxy or foam-safe CA. As you probably know all too well, regular CA eats foam for breakfast :(

If you're not in a hurry aliphatic glue (Titebond etc) works on foam too.
