George George, George of the Jungle

Nice flying Yaniel. Hyperflea looks like a tough little plane and I would not have expected it to do so well in those 20mph gust you were seeing.

I certainly hope that no palm trees were harmed during the filming of your video.

I can't believe how well you handled the wind with that little plane!

the little hyperflea does great in the wind, its always been one of my favorite windy day planes. it got interesting when it would shoot out through the trees flying completely sideways! i need to order me a new hyperflea though, that one was used for months in full contact combat and its a bit heavy from all the repairs.

The extra weight might help with the wind penetration though...

that it does, but it doesnt have the power to pull out of dumb thumb moments like i prefer and it also doesnt high alpha very well anymore. but for normal flying it still does great.

I was just saying to keep that one flyable for windy days, but by all means get another one for better performance on those not so blustery sessions!

I am originally from Miami. Do they still run the boats in the lake there at Tamiami?

you must be thinking of tropical park, tamiami doesnt have a lake. but no, tropical park banned the boats about 8 years ago. everyone runs the boats at amelia earhart park in hialeah now.
