Hi,
Is anyone out there hitting the VASA 65 (400/480) harder than 400 watts? Kontroniks data shows my setup, Fun 480-42, going over 500 watts, but I am seeing, feeling, hearing real bad harmonics starting around 375-400 watts input. The first rotor shipped had a center hub that was not fully cured, almost like putty. Second one had the center hole drilled, but not in the center, seriously. The third rotor and adapter has been turned and balanced, yet the problems continue. This is suppose to be the test bed for an A-10 that I am building for the NEAT Fair.
Any experiences with these fans at high power levels?
