Just a thought. Could we combine the threads into groups for easier reading and locating?
Such as,
A section for JETS
A section for Begginers
A section for Helos
It seems it would speed things up for readers that were only interested in certain forms of the sport.

I thought thats what we already had .

Jets: http://www.wattflyer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12

Beginners: http://www.wattflyer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=7

Heli's: http://www.wattflyer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=23

Or do you mean something else?

John, excuse my ignorance, but doesn't the individual forums do this? I'm not getting what you are suggesting...

You can subscribe to different forums and use your User CP as a type of default starting place.

I always hit the new posts and have to go through it all to find my stuff. I guess I should do a little experimenting.

Like you I do the same thing, hit the New Posts button. Now I think I understand what your comment is.

That would be a help if there was an option to list new posts by forum instead of time.

Another neat option to have would be to list New Posts only for the subscribed forums.

John,

I don't know if this suggestion will help but you can also filter what forums you see new posts from when you click the new posts link. For example I have all of the heli and jets forums filtered out as I have no interest in either. To do this just go to your user control panel, choose options then pick the ones you don't want to see.

Of course if you want to see them all and my suggestion is no help you can just forget you read this! :D
