Hi all i know its been asked loads of times before but.......
im stetting up a 2 metre glider to run on a brush less motor to launch it skywards but im a little confused:rolleyes:
if you view the glider from behind the prop turns in a clockwise direction so i have angled the motor shaft slightly to the right and point jusst a touch down also is this correct?
many thanks

As a general rule an airplane needs a little right and down thrust.
How much depends on the plane.

Don't be surprised if you have to make minor adjustments.
It's all part of the fun of trimming a plane to fly the way you want.

Good luck with your plane.

Hi Jason :ws: Normally 3 to 5 degrees of down thrust is needed, I normally just add down thrust and fly the plane and add right thrust later if needed, normally, just down thrust is needed on smaller planes, on larger planes, with more torque, and bigger props, right thrust is normally needed, Hope that helps, Chellie
