I have been looking at TONS and TONS of 3D foamies as my first 3D plane......

I have seen so many 3D foamies and I have no idea what to get. I have some ideas but there are plus and minuses of all of them.

I don't want to get a foamie with a HUGE 50 inch wingspan .... that doesn't seem worth the money. If I where to get something that big I would get Balsa ... not foam.

I want something that is EPP because depron wouldn't last that long is durable for those ... mistakes :D

Then there are so many EPP kits out there ... some look better than others.

I would want something easy and fast to build nothing to crazy just a simple profile plane. Nothing fancy just something to learn on.

I don't want to get a foam only kit ... I need something that comes with all the carbon fiber and parts.

I also want to go the cheap route and use Hobby City parts ....

... I have no idea where to start....

I have looked at DW foamies and so many others. ????????
I want to get something from a trusted company ... I have been scammed before.

Help me ! What a Conundrum ! ????

May I suggest the 32" EPPYak 55 available at: http://midwestfoamplanes.com/

He has info there on the suggested equipment for this plane, and links to a build thread, etc. He offers an accessory kit. Looking at it, you could easily pick out most of that stuff at HobbyCity.

We have several of them in the air here in Huntsville AL. Not built from his kit, nor from EPP, but from Depron, so our guys spend a fair amount of time glueing pieces back on. I'm sure in EPP it would be much more bouncy.

I just bought some EPP and printed out the plans full-size to build one for me to join the fun!

RJ is correct as this EPP yak is hard to beat. flies sweet and can take abuse. try it you'll like it. Jim :p>
