OH..OH...pick me Mr. Cotter...

14mb 1/5 scale Electric Pitts Onboard video (http://www.epowerflight.com/Media/sample/PittsOB.wmv) Strapped a Mini-wireless cam on my Pitts and took it for a ride :D.

I'm probably just going insane.......but, I just watched the video, and I swear I could see the pilot's expression change throughout the clip. At the beginning, his face appears to be expressing wide-eyed terror. As the aerobatics start, I can see him smiling. At a few key points, such as the landing approach, he appears to be a little concerned, or perhaps concentrating very hard on the task at hand.

Or, maybe I just translated my feelings onto your pilot's face.;)

Can't say as I'm the first, but I fly electric planes exclusively and have shot a few videos...

Bill,
We strapped your 600mhz camera onto my 87" Yak (video in this forum). Excellent picture quality with a patch antenna. Very nice products :)

I have one of those cheapie( Sub $100 camera/transmitter/ receiver combo) I'm OK with the margional vido quality, wasn't expecting to much for the price, but what can I do to improve the reception. Yagi on the receiver? I'm not sure of the frequency that it uses.
I can post a pic of the setup if this helps.

Got a lot of cool in flight shots ( one even has the good year blimp in the bkg :) ), but they are WAY to large to post.

Hey every one!

Im just getting the hang of flying my Firebird Freedom, and I can land it without doing any damage, so now I want to get an camera to mount on the bird!

Does any one know of any good place to look for one? I heard about cameras that come with virtual reality glasses, so you can get the pilot view while flying?

What kinds of cameras are small enough for the Freedom?

Any advice is greatly appriciated!

I get my gear from www.hobbywireless.com (http://www.hobbywireless.com) or maybe a flycamonev2 from Hobby-Lobby.
