I had the pleasure of building this plane and maidening it this past weekend. It is a blast.
40" WS, 13.5 oz.
Extremeflightrc Torque 26T
Airboss 20a ESC
Apogee 3S 830
9X3.8
Plenty of power :)

Great flying Mike. I really liked the landing!
Whats with the Airboss 20a ESC? I haven't heard of that brand yet.

The Airboss is a beta ESC from Extremeflightrc. I am not sure when or if they will be available for release. Good little ESC's though.

Great job Mike,
I have a QQ 72 Yak and will be using an Axi 5330/18
Can you suggest a Lipo that will give me about 70 amps?
2 5S2P ?

Thanks Dave. I would look at 2 TP 5S3P. 70 amps out of a 2P is 18C. Way too much. I will burst a 2P to 15c or 60amps for no more than 5 seconds. For 70 amps peek, I would definately go wth a 3P. 70 amps is only 11-12c. Plus the 6ah will give you much longer run time.
