The Cleveland Model & Supply Company Inc. should need no introduction to followers of model aircraft history; Right alongside Goldberg, Berkeley, Jetco, Jasco, Veco it is one of the pioneers of model kits and supplies.
Founded in 1927, offering at first semi-scale balsa versions of civilian and military aircraft, then in 1938 the competition Free Flight Playboy model. In 1968 the company ceased kit production but continued to sell plans. They currently offer over 500 plan sets in a varity of sizes and scales. Here's one design, I picked a somewhat obscure aircraft, to give an idea of what's available;
Brewster F2A-2 "Buffalo" Plans available in scales from 1/32 (13" wingspan $11.00), 1/24. 1/16, 1/12 (34.7" wingspan $ 25.00), 1/8, 1/4. That's a lot of choices for one design!
This could have been posted in Warbirds, Old Timers, Scale, Sport Flyers or just about anywhere else. But if you build from plans, Builder's Techniques is for you!
