This is a neat little program. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=511600

I doubt I use it for my AP stuff, but seems good for organizing all the family shots, etc.

The one randy is referring to is: http://www.preclick.com/ (http://www.preclick.com/)

I use www.picasa.com (http://www.picasa.com), www.irfanview.com (http://www.irfanview.com) as they are both free. I also use photoshop and others.

Okay....I admit you could call me a "connoisseur of fine freeware":D (probably applies to nearly everyone here!) . :D Preclick is just another addition to the list of photo software I already have. I usually use photofiltre for editing, (I have Elements, but it runs too slow on my old PC) but I was needing something to organize and rate photos, with search. I had tried Picasa, but this one is just SO simple that it caught my eye. The website says it's free for a limited time...whatever that means. Most of the reviews are outdated and the Gold version has some features that aren't always mentioned. Even so, seems like it's well liked. It has a few simple editing features like instant fix and redeye removal. Both work great. Also has some other cool features like star rating, search, tag labeling (embeds info into the pic file), email attach (shrink) to default email client.
