Electrifly C-50 esc

This ESC came with a motor that I purchased used.Can anyone tell how to set it up? The wiring is no problem,I want to know about,Battery type,brake and such.

It's good for up to 10 NiMH cells, or a 3S LiPoly. I don't believe it's "LiPoly compatible," but you can still use it as long as you time your flights and land when the timer says land.
