I converted this Boulton Paul Defiant wich was a rubber Powered plane mesuring Fuselage lenght 33inch and wing span 44inch.

I powered it with a cdrom Brusheless motor adapted to a GWS 280 Gear Box, with a ratio of 5.3 to 1 the "A" Gear.
And Using a 10x4 GWS prop. Using a 2 cell Lipoly, 830mha and a 10A Castle Esc.
The Rubber Powered model used to weight 8 oz. the converted to electric weights 12.5 oz.
The airplane flies like a dream... in any park.

This Model flew using:
A 2s lipo batery 830mha, cd motor adapted in a GWS gear reduction EPS100 with a "A" Gear, and using a GWS 10x4 prop.

The Boulton Paul Defiant was one of Britainīs bestNight Fighter
It flies scale like, and is very docil...
