I've built the 10-300 bipe, and the Cap232. The only problem I've had was the fuse cracking along the cut-outs for the reciever, and servo wires. I reinforced the 232 with carbon fiber along the bottom edge of the fuse to help stop this. It dosen't ad much weight, and should stop the problem. I'm a little hard on my planes(just learning to 3-D). The Fancy Foam planes fly great, and it takes longer to paint them than build them. I run a Himax Outrunner on them, and a ETec 3s 1200 lipo battrie. Ron:)

Yeah I would agree with you,so does that carbon rod on the bottom help? I didn't have any extra when I built this 2nd one but I have thought about it would help.I had my old one crack on the bottom at-the hole for the wires to run though for the battery and I did finally have my Rx hole bust out but that was after close to 300 flights on it.A zip tie fixed that right up lol.
I always wanted some of the flat carbon fiber to go on the bottom of the fuse to help with strength of it and for a skid plate for when landing.
I have a piece of hose on the bottom front of mine for a skid plate it works nicely but most the time I hover up to me and grab it  so it doesn't hit the ground. I fly at my house(I don't do that at the club Fields)

Yes it helps alot! It not only stiffens up the fusealage, but stops wear on the bottom also. I order my carbon stuff from Mid West Products. Ron:)

Oh you autually run a round one on the very bottom of the fuse? right I was thinking just like maybe on the other side of the fuse backside of where the servos and RX goes,But guess you was talking about like I was with the skid plate. so you just use the round one ? or you used the flat stuff?

I almost allways use the flat carbon. I just had the small round one, from another kit so I used it, I also use double sided (servo tape) to hold my servo's in. I used the hot glue and didn't like the way it tore up the airframe on the plane when I removed,a bad servo. They sure fly great though! Ron:)

Well I dont know if I posted on here or not but I used blocks like on Glow planes, This way works great. If you want to see pictures tell me and I will post on here.
