Reach - Rainbow...confetti

I recently purchased a Reach model (new brand), which is an all balsa construction but still the size of the average shock flyer.
it was a great build and easy to put together.
The arf came with everything but the receiver, which included 3 micro servos (of there own brand), a Lithium Polymer (unkown size) and a speedy.
i wasnt too shore on the servos as they sounded a bit sick wen moving them.
after a charged battery, it was airborne and after a circut the elevator servo happened to jam up and it was soon confetti. Made a balsa mess out of my backyard.
there are photos of the remaining gearbox and half of a wing out the backyard..:(

do you think the surfaces were binding puting strain on the servos,
the reach looks like a good value for dollar plane if the gear supplied
is of reasonable quality.
dont crash all your planes were organising indoor flying at a stadium
in shepparton.

yeh it is possible they could have binded. the speedy that came with it is ok and the Li-po seems ok to this point.
But the plane was cheap, and so was the gear. its a new brand out and im not too shore about them.
but i can use the speedy and Li-po in something else, i think i will wait till i get some quality gear.
