Heres my first attempt at AP taken over our field. Kinda expensive using 35mm film. I took 27 shots and this is the only one that showed much. $4 on film and $6 on developing just to get one decent pic. On to a digital camera fo me. Still pretty fun though. I can also see why electric is a better choice over the glow plane that these were taken from. Kinda tough to get a glow plane up near anything worth taking a picture of.

Hey,
You got your feet wet now! Ya..with glow you really need to go to extremes with isolating vibration - it can be done, but it takes alot, thats why alot of us just use electric. Try a camera on your magpie (if you still ave it)

I still have it but I'm waiting for MM to list the AP fuselage for it, I already have the wing. The guys over there said it's coming but I haven't seen it in the parts list yet. The prices went way up since the new guys are running things.

The other thing about glow planes is that your subject area passes so quick its tough to get lined up and take the shot in time.

Still fun though.
