Hi Bob, I've done it again, I must check this page more often. It is great to talk directly and it produces so many more ideas. You are way too kind Bob, I just muddle along trying to make my planes with as little financial outlay as possible. I am amazed when I hear guys at the club talk about the £1000 plus that they have invested in one plane. To me that's a different world.

Barry, couldn't resist a post. I really enjoyed talking to you on the phone today- what a great connection we had! I hope you had a chance to see my latest post and pictures on the P-40. I love that motor mount- it is amazing what you can do with materials from the local hardware store. I am definitely inspired by your great tips. I will try & pop down to Woodbury common, if you could let me know what times & days they fly on, would hate to turn up & no one there :( I have only been a member on this forum for such a short while, though I do like this one, seems people know what they are talking about.
