Hi Chellie,No the fish is a chum Salmon caught in the puntledge river Vancouver Island Canada we have been to Canada 4 times now and I love it If I had the money I would say good bye England and move to canada I do mostly fly fishing here for rainbow Trout biggest to date is a 19lbs Rainbow, I love all sorts of fishing , Shooting RC aircraft And flying my Eagle owl, well its now 2 am over here so time an old fella like me was in bed Bye for now Ray.

That looks like a Steelhead in your pics, Nice fish :) Myself and my 3 boys enjoy Fishing too, never caught a steelhead or salmon, but have caught a lot of trout, bass, blue gill, catfish, yellow tail, barracuda, rock bass, mackrel, bonita, perch, etc :) I love smoked fish, I smoke my own fish with a little chef smoker, using apple wood and hickory chips, I make my own brine with Lawery seasoning salt and sugar 50/50 and a quart of water, and sprinkle course pepper on the trout or any fish or beef before i smoke it, Yum Yum :) and i love to have a cold Miller Lite with the smoked fish or beef :) Take care, Chellie
