Hey Chops, I think you will love the SuperCub. I am building something similar and they are fantastic to learn to fly on. I'm self-taught, so I am not an expert on control, but I learn fast! A key is not trying to over-control these planes- they practically fly themselves. You will only need to gradually add rudder for turns and hardly ever need elevator unless you are fighting wind or flaring to land. Your motor does most of the "up/down". I don't mean to preach, just want you to enjoy your experience! Take care.
