Hello Dennis, I haven't been flying much at all in the last couple of years. Between work, work, some family issues and getting involved in racing RC boats, I haven't had too much time to fly. I kind of dropped everything for racing those boats leaving me with a lot of unfinished projects...I left a torn apart Fokker D.VII, P-47, FW190 and unfinished Spad XIII and a P-38 on the bench. Hopefully, this Spring/Summer I'll find more time!
I was kind of excited about this Albatros as it is one of my favorite WWiI era planes...and it is so small I can fly it anywhere (wind permitting!). My other planes need a bit more room as they are a bit bigger and faster.
The places I normally flew were just some open fields fairly close to home. Some are just soccer or baseball fields. Nothing like enjoying a bit of flying and having a soccer or baseball game break out when I need to land!

Degreen60 , Don has suggusted maybe you and I travel North to meet him and another flyer for a flying get together , what do you think , funny I guess because you and I have not gotten together to fly some WW1 biplanes .
I fly here in Chandler at the Sport park when NOTHING is going on , that way there is never a problem .
Oh yes , I am 67 and retired from Vectren / SIG&E after 41 years .
So where do you fly in Evansville ?
